This specialist team is passionate about the renewable and solar industry and are dedicated to delivering high quality products and services to their clients.


The position


Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will see you coaching and mentoring a team of 5-7 administration staff.


Your primary duties will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the administration team
  • Train, develop and monitor performance of employees through identifying how to support them to succeed in their roles
  • Proactively ensure companies policies and procedures are adhered to effectively and accurately
  • Conducting performance appraisals
  • Supporting the administration team with general tasks where required.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Construction industry experience will be highly advantageous
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
