Responsibilities will include:

  • Adhoc duties as required
  • Delivery of efficient mail and print services
  • Building rapport with clients by providing outstanding service
  • Advising customers of the most efficient solutions to meet their design, print and distribution requirements
  • Prioritising and monitoring customer requests according to complexity and urgency
  • Completing daily record keeping functions and reporting
  • Completing monthly transaction data

The Successful Applicant:


To be successful for this role you will ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Print Operator or Digital Print Operator.


  • Knowledge of finishing and binding operations
  • Knowledge of Mail, Courier & Records Management Systems and Process
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced, high volume environment
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
