About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused team member in print to join our Canon Business Services' onsite team, which also operates across numerous locations.

The primary focus of this role is to ensure effective delivery of contracted services in a customer site in accordance with Service Level Agreements and customer expectations.

Main Duties

• Printing to client specifications and brief
• Maintained daily workflow to ensure all items are completed in a timely manner
• Prepare and process print requirements including delivery when required
• Receive courier deliveries
• Preventive maintenance and cleaning of Printroom and fleet devices
• Expenditure and wastage are minimised to ensure efficient use of resources
• Monitor consumables and general supplies and distribute as required
• Deliver services in line with customer expectations
• Operational processes are followed to ensure service delivery excellence
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements
• Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
• Participate in projects which may arise from time to time
• Some heavy lifting may be involved

Key Requirements

• Must have previous experience in digital print operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
• Excellent time management skills is a must
• Attention to detail and quality standards
• Work autonomously and within a team environment
• Experience in finishing and binding operations
• Experience with low/mid volume print/copying operations
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Print Colour Management skills
• Fiery RIP, Adobe Suite experience #LI-MM
