About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves leading the development and execution of our remuneration strategy, ensuring that our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our strategic objectives. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in shaping our remuneration strategies while advising senior leaders on market trends and regulatory changes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the annual salary review process to ensure effective administration of employee compensation and benefits programs
  • Conducting in-depth market research to guide decisions and provide strategic recommendations
  • Developing and managing executive compensation plans that align with market standards and organisational objectives
  • Preparing insightful reports on compensation and benefits metrics for senior leadership, utilising data analytics to drive strategic decision-making

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Solid experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong expertise in remuneration benchmarking frameworks
  • Proficiency in advanced compensation analysis tools and HR systems, enabling you to drive effective remuneration strategies
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Preferably, relevant qualifications such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
