The Company:

Seeking an enthusiastic Property Manager Associate/Assistant Property Manager to work alongside an industry-respected Senior Property Manager, managing a portfolio. This is a role for someone who may be fairly new to Property Management (with 6-12 months experience) or someone who doesn't want the responsibility of managing a portfolio end to end on their own.

This business has become one of Brisbane's most successful and well known Property Management specialists. With an Operations Manager who is supportive, friendly and encouraging of professional growth, it is no surprise they have good staff retention and are considered an Employer of Choice.

The role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join this smooth-running Property Management pod. Working across a range of different tasks, primarily Tenant related, with support and direction from a Senior Property Manager, you will have this portfolio running like clockwork. You will also enjoy plenty of support from experienced Administrators and VA's who support the PM team, as well as a full Leasing team to take care of all the Open Homes and Property Inspections. Some of the core tasks of the role include:-

  • Tenant liaison and communication via phone and email
  • Routine inspections
  • Entry Condition Reports
  • Maintenance orders and follow up
  • Uploading invoices to the CRM
  • Use of Property Me software

Monday to Friday only 8:30am - 5pm
Mobile phone provided and Fuel Allowance paid on top of salary.
Role based in one of Brisbane's upmarket inner eastern suburbs.
$65K + Super + Bonuses

The ideal Candidate will have:

  • 6- 12 months experience in Property Management, either as a Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Consultant
  • A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Be energetic, enthusiastic and someone who takes initiative for the benefit of the team
