Amazon is looking for a motivated professional to handle key accounts and drive new business growth in different categories (Fashion, Home & Leisure, and Consumer Electronics). In this position, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with retailers in AU/NZ, using data to shape category strategies, and leveraging Amazon's tools and services such as Fulfilment by Amazon, Sponsored Advertising, and Promotions.

We are seeking an individual with a solid track record of surpassing sales targets, a hunger for learning, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You will be empowered to create innovative solutions, with a clear path to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new sellers, overseeing the entire sales process from prospecting to launch.
  • Lead negotiations at the C-suite level and advise retailers on selling opportunities.
  • Empower sellers to effectively utilize Amazon's tools and platforms.
  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with key collaborators, fostering their growth on Amazon.
  • Attain business and financial goals, fueling growth in Amazon's third-party business.
  • Identify and implement scalable strategies to enhance the marketplace for all sellers.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to enhance the customer and seller experience.
  • Provide valuable market insights to internal teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing (e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS), or related fields

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in influencing all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets through a consultative, solutions-oriented approach or similar methods
- Background in managing and expanding major accounts, product marketing, or consulting roles
