The Role
The Duty Manager must be aware of the general operations of each department in order to be informed and able to make appropriate decisions.
The role is responsible for ensuring all Alba's outlets posting interfaces are active and functioning correctly during the shift and handling any issues as required.
The Duty Manager's role involves all operational knowledge of departments, the ability to work as part of a team and to lead and motivate when necessary.
Excellent communication and people skills are necessary, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to handle challenging situations with confidence, drive, and enthusiasm.
About You
- Experience in a similar role, and the ability to inspire exceptional customer service
- Decisionmaking ability and a sense of responsibility
- Strong computer skills and previous experience in using property management software
- Proven track record in people management and conflict resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills the ability to communicate effectively with all guests & associates
- A positive, team orientated and inspiring leader
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster
