Storeperson Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to fill the role of Storeperson at our Dandenong Branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, particularly for trades customers, and will be required to work at both Moorabbin and Bayswater branches on a rotating basis for leave coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to trades customers.
  • Manage warehouse duties, including stock management and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure attention to detail in handling HVAC&R products.
  • Meet reliable attendance and commitment to the assigned schedule.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, especially dealing with trades customers.
  • Warehouse experience is essential.
  • Attention to detail and reliability are a must.
  • LF license preferable (Counterbalance and/or high reach).
Additional Information:
  • The position is based at the Dandenong Branch initially.
  • Once trained, the Storeperson will work at both Moorabbin and Bayswater branches on a rotating basis to cover leave.
  • Potential for a permanent role in the future, based on performance and availability.
