As the Service Lead and Early Childhood Teacher for our Kindergarten in Hadfield, you will oversee a small team of Educators to deliver kindergarten programs that support the wider community and provide high quality education and care to children.This unique opportunity will provide the right leader with the space to establish and grow an exceeding program with strong ties to school and community. As you grow the service through your community engagement, your team will grow to accommodate the need.Working to one of the National or Victorian early learning frameworks, you will:
  • Develop an educational program that meets the interests and abilities of each child
  • Drive enrolments and build the program to include other services that meet community needs
