We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Rockingham. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Educators to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of all children.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the community to ensure a sense of belonging and connection.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and staff.
