About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Armadale. As a key member of our centre leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational programs and practices that support the learning and development of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Collaborate with educators to observe and review practice, and identify opportunities for improvement and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain the educator team's understanding of child development and relevant early years content knowledge.
  • Support the application and use of the Early Years Learning Framework or an approved learning framework.
  • Contribute to the centre leadership team to lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current WA Working with Children Check.
