Role Details The Principal Policy Officer will be to play a key role in overseeing the delivery of initiatives on time and on budget through developing implementation plans with identifiable milestones and working with agencies on policy development that aligns with the Government's agenda. Special Conditions
  • The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
  • The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
  • Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
  • This role requires a National Criminal History check.

About the Business

The Premier's Delivery Unit (PDU) was establishedfollowing the 2022 State Election to ensure the Government's electioncommitments, and identified major projects, policies and reforms are deliveredas promised at the election.

The PDU works closely with Department of the Premierand Cabinet, the Department of Treasury and Finance, relevant Cabinetcommittees and the Premier's office.
