About the position


This exciting hands on role will partner with the CEO and executive team to help build a dynamic and inclusive culture, that allows all of staff to be their authentic selves and to thrive in a safe and supportive environment.

This role will lead the delivery of the employee experience across Moula fostering growth and capability in our people, improving the employee experience, engagement and performance.


We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR professional with strong skills and the autonomy to take ownership and shape our People and Culture agenda.

You will need to be a genuine and confident collaborator and partnership builder through listening to the voice of our people and tailoring our employee value proposition to help deliver a vibrant, inclusive culture.


This role will be critical in continuing to build the Moula employer brand, establishing us as an employer of choice, and further creating an environment in which our people can be their authentic selves and develop to their full potential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with the executive team and Moula community to design and implement a compelling employee value proposition with due consideration of market best practice.
  • Lead the development of a company resource plan to ensure that strategic recruiting and capability development is deployed to support the achievement of the business strategy.
  • Execution of our full talent life cycle: employee policies, procedures & contracts,
  • Management of the recruitment process including the identification, tracking and securing key talent.
  • Develop and implement a performance management system that encompasses objective setting, measurement, and assessment of performance. Support our people managers with performance management protocols and coaching.
  • Champion a highperformance culture ensuring all roles have relevant position descriptions, accountability structures and delegations,
  • Assist with embedding company values into daily work life.
  • Ensure all required policies are in place and understood by staff.
  • Ensure all compliance and necessary training is made easily available to staff and completed when it is required.
  • Ensure that the company is compliant with all employmentrelated regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Ensure staff have access to safe and confidential channels to raise concerns including a whistleblower program.
  • Ensure staff have access to confidential counselling and support as required.
  • Develop talent and succession strategies and leadership development programs.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring.

About you

  • Proven experience in a fastpaced recruitment (or HR advisory).
  • Experience with fastgrowing companies would be favourably regarded.
  • A high customer service orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Able to work autonomously on a broad variety of HR projects.
  • Strong communication skills including consultation, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting the job done.
  • Proven ability to deal with confidential information with discretion.
  • Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships with all staff.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Able to exercise effective judgment.
  • An ability to think innovatively and easily adapt to changing circumstances.
  • An appropriate HR degree level qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
