CALLING ALL FASHION BRAND AMBASSADORS.... JOIN THE LVM TEAM

We are looking for a Fashion Brand Ambassador to join our team, working exclusively for our client's brand in David Jones, Elizabeth Street Sydney

**Who We Are**

Launch Visual Management (LVM) specialises in providing retail activation programs to leading fashion brands in department stores, concept stores and independent boutiques across Australia and New Zealand.

**The Role**

Our Brand Ambassador will be stationed in our client's shop-in-shop, within David Jones, to provide the very best customer experience, maximising sales opportunity while ensuring high standards of stock presentation
- Immediate start
- Providing exceptional service, fashion styling and outfitting advice to our customers
- Visual merchandising
- Stock replenishment
- Photographing and daily reporting
- Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday's every week
- Shifts will range from 4-5 hours
- Working peak foot traffic hours to maximise your time in store (we need open and flexible working availability across the three days as shift times may vary due to traffic trends)

An Australian-based women's fashion designer, curating beautiful seasonal collections and dresses, for day or evening.

With a strong customer-based in late 20's, early 30's, each collection embodies a neutral colour palette and natural fabrications that signify a clear Australian identity. In remaining true to the their aesthetic, the collections don’t generally follow the trends of the season. They don’t believe in disposable fashion, with a mission to design the pieces that will be treasured as part of your wardrobe forever.

**Who You Are**
- Proven customer service and sales experience working with female fashion is a must
- Ability to provide exceptional customer care, fashion styling and outfitting advice
- Ability to relate and build rapport with our client's customer demographic - late 20's to early 30's corporate girl, seeking styling and wardrobe advice
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Professional, polished, polite, positive, and friendly
- Visual Merchandising skills and understanding of principles, and product presentation
- Ability to take quality photos of displays and your work

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $30.91 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 15 per week

**Experience**:

- Fashion customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Fashion retail in department stores: 3 years (preferred)
