THE ORGANISATION
Our client has international expertise in designing, manufacturing and distributing precious metal products and related services.

They are searching for a HR Coordinator/Advisor who is ready to step up from their current role and add substantial value to this growing team.


THE ROLE
Working in a small team close-knit team, this role reports directly to the HR Manager.

In this true generalist role, you will benefit from great exposure to all aspects of HR while also managing relationships with senior stakeholders and in turn accelerating your growth in the industry.

You will be involved with special projects and events but also must be comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and doing some of the grunt work required to make things tick.


THE CRITERIA

  • 23 years experience in a HR role.
  • HRIS exposure/experience.
  • An outgoing personality and the ability to engage with stakeholders.
  • A sponge with no ego that works well in a team.
  • A 'can do' attitude and wants to take on key responsibilities.
  • Empathy and a passion to grow with the business.
