About the role:


We currently have an opportunity for a Workforce Capability Officer to provide a range of planning and administrative support to the Workforce Capability team.

While this role includes some learning delivery, the primary focus is on learning design and development, project coordination and the provision of system administrative support such as learning (LMS), procurement, scheduling and planning.

This is a fixed-term contract until the 13th of March 2024 with the possibility of extension.

We have a few key responsibilities in this role and they are;

  • Assist with the design, development and review of a range of instructor led and blended learning solutions using contemporary practices, which align to the current and future needs of Operating Assets and learning governance at Queensland Rail
  • Assist in the facilitation of training packages as required to meet the Operating Assets training requirements.

About you
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Workplace Capability Officer to continue the growth of the team.

You will have great attention to detail, high level of organisation skills and outstanding time management skills


This position will suit someone who enjoys a high level of accountability, keeping on top of current issues and following up on matters where appropriate.
