Support Care Worker required to provide services to a client based in Mount Martha.

Shift required:
Sunday to Friday 7am to 10pm. On-going shifts.

Start Date:
As soon as possible

Person Specification for Support Worker
Must have a car and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities of Support Worker:

Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as showering, toileting and dressing.

Good verbal communication skills

Assisting with the completion of care plans, risk assessments, reviews, incident & accident reporting

Supporting the client with daily routines

Supporting the client with community access

Supporting the client with in house and external activities

Adhering to company policies and procedures

Must be pet friendly (dogs)

Support Worker needs to have:

  • Current relevant qualification.
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Eligibility To Work in Australia
  • Working With Children Certificate
  • Driver's License
  • Car Insurance Details
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
  • Police Check (Fit to work is fine)
