About the Role
Our newly created Customer Service Representative role will act as the first point of contact between Splend and its current and potential customers.
This phone based role will be responsible for supporting our customer facing team on the ground in the hubs across Australia by resolving any queries or enquiries in a timely manner.
Alongside this your day to day duties will look a bit like this:What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a customer service position
- Be a natural problem solver
- Have superb communication skills both written and verbal
