My Gateway has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist with ARA Electrical Services. As a part of this traineeship, you will complete a
Certificate III in Business.

During your on the job training, some of the tasks you will be required to complete will include:

  • Answering the phone
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Prepare and set up the boardroom for meetings
  • Prepare documents for Project Managers and meetings
- printing and binding

  • Arrange and order stationary and office supplies
  • Organise uniform orders
  • Data entry and general ad hoc admin duties
  • Room to grow with the company after the Traineeship

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Willingness to learn and have a good attitude
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Great Customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Team Player
