**My Gateway** has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist with ARA Electrical Services. As a part of this traineeship, you will complete a **Certificate III in Business.**

**During your on the job training, some of the tasks you will be required to complete will include**:

- Answering the phone
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Prepare and set up the boardroom for meetings
- Prepare documents for Project Managers and meetings
- printing and binding
- Arrange and order stationary and office supplies
- Organise uniform orders
- Data entry and general ad hoc admin duties
- Room to grow with the company after the Traineeship

**To be considered for this role, you must have**:

- Willingness to learn and have a good attitude
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Great Customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Team Player
