Currently, they have an exciting opportunity with flexible work arrangements for an experienced Medical Receptionist.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing an outstanding level of customer service in person and over the phone to patients and all health professionals.
  • Efficiently and accurately managing patient appointments, procedure bookings, inputting patient data and filing of correspondence
  • Efficient management of all patient data, appointments, procedures, clinical files, correspondence and accounts.
  • Formatting and uploading of outsourced typing.
  • Management of patient invoicing and receipting of consultations.
  • Liaising with other health care professionals.
  • Providing administration support to the Practice Manager.
  • Previous medical administration experience is highly regarded.
  • Experience using Best Practice medical software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional, warm and friendly disposition
  • A high standard of personal integrity trustworthy, loyal and honest.
  • An ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient and practice matters.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills and remain calm and efficient even when working in a busy and pressured environment.
  • Able to work well independently, but also as part of a team.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 20-24 per week

Salary:
From $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift

  • Ingleburn, NSW 2565: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
