Casual Receptionist

Key responsibilities will include:
- Answering the phone, making calls, taking messages and booking/confirming appointments
- Greeting clients and recording accurate details
- Managing and maintaining accurate client records using the Practice Management Software
- Be positive at all times and have a "cando attitude"
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding customer service and personal skills
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Polite and clear phone manner
- Ability to manage a busy work environment
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills
- Flexibility to cover sick and annual leave
- Processing payments through EFTPOS, private health funds and Medicare
- Patient billing and payment collection
- Managing confidential records
- General housekeeping duties including general tidying of treatment rooms, practice waiting areas, kitchen, and replenishing items in these areas
- Supporting allied health professionals with administrative tasks and client care
- Various other administrative duties
- Attend staff meetings
To be eligible for this role we require:
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Certificate in Business Administration
- Excellent customer service skills, be a problemsolver, and the ability to assist patients from all walks of life.
- Flexibility is a must
- Experience using Nookal and or MindBody software is advantageous
- Previous experience in a health or fitness setting will be highly regarded
- Ideally reside in the South West Sydney area.
