About the Role

As a Change Agent, you will play a critical part in assisting with the planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of change management and / or organisational development activities.

You will help to educate, prepare, and support the business and people through this period of change.

This role reports into the Change Manager and you will be a key team member accountable for people related change management activities across multiple projects, assisting in change management activities to related or impacted teams.


This role can be based in Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane
What you'll do

As a Change Agent you will:

  • Participate in the development of People & Culture programmes for all areas of the business
  • Prepare change impact assessments to determine the degree of impact that proposed change will have on the organisation
  • Identify and segment key impacted business units and stakeholders for targeted impact assessment and readiness assessments
  • Assist in developing, organising, and implementing change management plans around communications, training, implementation, and embedding
  • Collaborate with project managers and peers to plan project and change milestones
  • Engage key stakeholders throughout project, managing change resistance
  • Assist in the design and implement tools or training, uplifting change management capabilities
What you'll bring
This is an exciting role, helping map out a large change program across Australia.

We are therefore looking for someone mature, with a can-do attitude, plus amazing people skills and is well immersed in building relationships.

You will bring demonstrated experience in project planning and administration within people change initiatives. You'll have a People & Culture background and experience working within the ADKAR model is highly desirable. An understanding of change related people projects, change management principles, methodologies, and tools is important. Along with a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

You'll have exceptional active listening skills, the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and the confidence to influence others and move toward a common goal.
