The Role
As the Associate Lecturer in Support for Learning, you will play a key role in nurturing students' development of essential academic skills crucial for success in tertiary education and beyond.
Specialising in the first-year transition experience and academic language and learning, you will collaborate with academic disciplines to drive initiatives that enhance student progress and retention.
What you'll bring to this role
- A postgraduate degree in education, literacy, or a relevant discipline, with experience in facilitating learning and supporting literacy development.
- Provide evidence of highquality teaching and successful student engagement in traditional and online environments.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills for engagement with stakeholders, including university students and staff.
- Demonstrate initiative, problemsolving, and strong teamwork.
