About the role:

Reporting to the
Director of Residential Projects, the
Marketing Coordinator will oversee the creation and implementation of campaigns.

Develop and present marketing proposals to the team. Liaise with external media agencies and manages multiple campaigns. Utilise your communication skills by responding to client queries and building meaningful relationships that last.

Duties:

  • Campaign coordination endtoend from writing briefs to liaising with print suppliers ensuring all elements of a campaign are completed in a timely manner and to the highest standards
  • Diary management being on top of all booking and artwork deadlines, campaign launch and close dates and weekly meetings
  • Review & provide feedback to design materials with meticulous attention to detail with media companies
  • Lead Generation

Skills and Experience

  • 2 + years Marketing experience
  • Property experience is highly desirable
  • Great communication skills
