About:

  • Leading the IM Support team to ensure timely and accurate data loading and analytics platform availability daily.
  • Oversee and support the team in day to day deliverables to meet target service levels, ensuring the team have strong collaboration, prioritisation and resolving any activity blockers.
  • Being the primary point of contact for Information Management in change forums to understand, advocate and manage any potential impacts to systems and services.
  • Communicate to consumers of IM data and services across theme of service performance, disruptions and improvement opportunities.

Core Skills:

  • Over 10 years of experience and skills with Information Management tools and technologies, particularly in operations of systems and services.
  • Experience on AWS, Redshift is a must.
  • Experience on Python is a must.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding and experience of data security and governance practices and procedures.
