The Opportunity The Program Manager will be a key member of the Implementation team and will support the delivery of all the commercial elements related to this program and support the program lead.
You will liaise with stakeholders across Suntory Oceania to ensure alignment in ways of working and global processes.Your responsibilities:
Create, manage and own project timelines to ensure the projects remain on track and escalate when required.
Ownership of the registers related to the streams allocated; risk, issues, dependencies, issues and action.
Ensuring registers are updated weekly and items are escalated as required.
Lead weekly/fortnightly touchpoints with stream leads to track progress, update registers, align on issues or where support is required.
Create stream progress reports utilizing the agreed cadence so it clearly articulates where the current position of the stream.
Monitoring the planning and execution of projects.Work closely with change managers to integrate their activities into the overall project delivery plans.
Engages with all applicable internal/ external partners to understand and implement stakeholder requirements and identify project plan deliverables.
What's in your toolkit? You are someone who has a drive for results and whose experience might include: Tertiary qualifications in engineering and/or management.
Minimal of 5 to 7 years project management experience across business related projects (strategic, transition, M&A's, divestments, and transformational).
Experience managing projects relating to commercial and/or strategic decisions.Experience in managing RAID logs.
Financial budget management capability.
Strong leadership, communication and influencing capability.
