What you'll bring to the role:

  • The ability to manage, co-ordinate and implement training requirements within a complex, operational environment
  • The ability to organise training equipment and facilities (internal and external) to ensure efficiency of training programs
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet structured time constraints where work is allocated from multiple stakeholders
  • The ability to problem solve in a timely manner and find appropriate solutions that do not impact the learning outcomes or program schedule
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the day of operations and provide support and assistance to Learning Managers, Facilitators and participants for an exceptional learning experience-
  • Proven ability to work on multiple tasks with demanding deadlines simultaneously
  • To be self-motivated with an ability to see tasks through to completion
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an agile working environment
  • To be able to maintain and report accurate employee training records in a Learning Management system
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confident, professional verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
