THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an outstanding and rare Account Management opportunity for a genuine relationship builder based out of their Brisbane office with full autonomy of their day to day.


THE ROLE - You will:

  • Be responsible for the management of key accounts in QLD
  • Lead tender responses for new business
  • Build deep, partnercentric relationships with Client stakeholders
  • Report to the National Sales Manager
  • Retain and Grow key customers in your portfolio
  • Identify client upgrades and crossselling opportunities with existing clients
  • Actively liaise with national peers and manage interbusiness relationships
  • Comply with WHS policies and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate the delivery of monthly reports for key clients

YOUR BACKGROUND - You will have:

  • A background in fleet, route, facilities management, cleaning or security services
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and growing key customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in forging respectful and commercial, customer relationships
  • Capabilities in identifying and securing growth opportunities with existing clients
