They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Business Service Officer to join their dynamic team in the Sydney CBD on a 12-month contract

The Job.
Reporting through to the Director, in this role you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Business Services Team, ensuring efficient coordination and support services.
  • Preparation of detailed reports and briefs, coordinating resources, and maintenance of documentation in line with legislation and unit policies.
  • Overseeing finance, billing, and aged debtor procedures, ensuring compliance with reporting and audit requirements.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Working with the Director to establish and monitor operational processes for efficient outcomes.
  • Providing information and advice on emerging issues related to business processes and compliance, identifying and resolving issues.

You.
To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

  • Minimum 3-years experience working in a Senior Administration, Business Support and/or Administration Manager position.
  • Experience working within the Government sector would be highly advantageous.
  • Ability to confidently work across multiple systems and databases.
  • Strong customer service and problemsolving skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to stay focused in a fastpaced environment.
