You'll be responsible for:
- Engaging extensively with stakeholders and SMEs to design innovative blended learning solutions.
- Developing learning content for program release cycles and future state solutions.
- Offering expert advice on modern learning design techniques and methodologies.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to assess learning solution suitability.
- Evaluating learning effectiveness through detailed build plans.
About you:
- 5+ years of Instructional Design experience in digital and instructor-led training development within a customer-focused industry.
- Experience in large-scale projects within a commercially driven organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
