The Company


Our client is a boutique and successful property developer that has a proven track record in delivering high quality residential projects to market.


They are currently looking to strengthen their sales team by recruiting a Project Sales Consultant for the upcoming launch of an exciting new apartment project.


About the role

  • Provide "A" class customer experience and service to prospective purchasers
  • Be able to qualify/understand the needs and requirements of the customer and be able to provide the right sales solution
  • Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry right through to settlement always ensuring a strong relationship
  • Be able to confidently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Proactively manage/follow up all leads and the be the ambassador for the project brand and company
  • Effectively utilise the CRM to achieve sales results and minimise any cancelation rates
  • Relevant reporting on sales and lead activity to the sales manager and the internal project team

Core skills and experience

  • Seasoned sales professional ideally a proven track record of success
- in selling off plan

  • Solid communication and listening skills coupled with superior negotiation skills
  • Strong relationships management skills
  • Be resilient, possess a strong work ethic and a winning mentality
