About the role

Day to day, your role will be hands-on and will include;
Conducting change impact assessments through the facilitation of workshops to identify stakeholders impacted and devising appropriate strategies for change management;
Supporting a project or agile team to implement and embed solutions in a delivery outcome-based environment, focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology;
Leveraging the central change strategy and framework materials to lead the delivery activities which may include identifying and engaging impacted stakeholders to identify and respond to change impacts;
Developing and executing change management initiatives aimed at optimising employee acceptance and usage while mitigating resistance;
Developing and executing activity plans for change management that accelerate adoption, enhance utilisation, and improve proficiency; and

Identifying, mitigating, and monitoring change-related risks.

About you

2+ years' experience working in an agile environment and a strong understanding of agile / lean approaches to change management;
Exceptional, highly polished written and oral communication skills and an ability to develop executive-level presentations;
Knowledge of design thinking and human-centered design frameworks; and

Experience in partnering and influencing with executives to identify and develop effective change management strategies to deliver objectives.
