About the role
My client is seeking a talented and pro-active Administration Officer to provide quality support to the team.

This role will sit in an important area of the organisation, working with a number of interesting and intelligent people.

You will be well-communicated, enjoy developing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and have a pro-active approach to work.

You must be available to interview immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the team with any ad hoc duties as required
  • Coordinate and monitor activities and tasks throughout the business in differing locations
  • Complete work orders
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases
  • Rostering field team employees

Skills / Experience

  • Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
  • Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
  • Discretion in relation to confidential information
  • Good written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
