Job Description

Aerofoil Workspace is a premium co-working, private offices & virtual offices provider situated in the Melbourne Airport area. Our cutting-edge facilities cater to business travelers and businesses, ensuring peak productivity. The workspace is part of the Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport.

The Concierge Executive plays a vital role in the daily operations of the office, based near Melbourne Airport T4. They represent the brand, managing tasks such as front desk duties, phone handling, mail services, meeting room bookings, client assistance, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

This role offers full-time hours from Monday to Friday.

About You:

  • Experienced Concierge / Corporate Receptionist.
  • Strong personal presentation and communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in co-working spaces is a plus.

Our Hotel - Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a newly opened dual-branded, 464-room hotel. Located near Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport, the hotel offers fitness facilities, conference rooms, pool, co-working space, and various dining options.
