Aerofoil Workspace is a premium co-working, private offices & virtual offices provider located in the Melbourne Airport precinct.

Our state-of-the-art facilities & amenities cater to the needs of business travellers and start-up and established businesses, ensuring that productivity is always at its peak.

The co-working space is part of the Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport.


The Concierge Executive role will be critical to ensure a smooth day-to-day operations of the office and will be based on-site near Melbourne Airport T4.

The Concierge Executive will be the face of the brand and will be responsible for client management.

Tasks include but not limited to managing the front desk, answering phones, mail handling, booking meeting rooms, assisting with move-ins and move-outs, administrative services, and providing customer service to clients and guests of Aerofoil Workspace.

This position offers a full-time opportunity, with working hours scheduled from Monday through Friday.

About You:

  • Experienced Concierge / Corporate Receptionist.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in the coworking space would be advantageous.

The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport
is **a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel opening on 1 July 2024.


The Novotel Melbourne Airport with 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport with 216 rooms, will be located just steps away from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport.

Guests will enjoy access to a fitness centre, conference rooms, pool, co working space and a number of food & beverage venues which form the hub of the mixed-use precinct.


This will be a village centre supporting the airport community as a place to gather and socialise for everyone who travels and works from the airport precinct.
