Here's why we need you

We are entering a busy time in our sales cycle so we are seeking an enthusiastic Education Sales Support Representative to join the team on a flexible casual basis. We need you to help us engage with current customers for training and sales renewal meetings, as well as connect with new schools to introduce Mathspace and schedule meetings for our sales team.

What will you do?
  • Use our database to manage customer contacts and ensure they receive the best support by scheduling meetings for the sales team
  • Engage with current customers to schedule renewal and year-in-review meetings
  • Reach out to potential and existing customers to arrange meetings for the sales team
  • Update customer information in the database
  • Utilize tools like Slack, Hubspot, and Google Calendar for effective support to the sales team
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and sales on CRMs
  • Work with the sales team to shape outreach strategy
  • Stay informed about the Mathspace product, key features, and sales cycle

Requirements

If selected for an interview, successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Ability to learn about software and educational products and services and explain them to customers
  • Demonstration of strong English skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work a minimum of 5 hours for 3 days per week with the possibility of more hours for outstanding team members
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and objections
  • Available to travel to our Surry Hills HQ for shifts

Additional experience is beneficial but not required

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or customer support roles
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM systems
