Key Responsibilities- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive leadership team and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and improvement.
- Manage and lead the financial accounting and management reporting teams.
- Provide high-level analysis and commercial insights to inform business decisions.
- Assist in long-term strategic planning and formulate sound financial strategies.
- Have oversight of the management of expenditure and undertake financial forecasting.
- Be responsible for the accurate collation, preparation and interpretation of reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements.
- Develop financial strategies, including making recommendations for risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting.
- Lead the design and implementation of financial controls, systems and policies.
- Ensure timely completion of month end processes and adherence to statutory requirements and obligations.
- Ideally CA / CPA qualified, with extensive experience in a leadership and financial control role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to motivate and lead the finance department.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong commitment to ongoing personal development and improvement of processes.
