This role offers the chance to work within a professional environment where you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of motor fleet claim files, including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution.

What you'll do:
As a Motor Claims Consultant, you will play an integral role in managing motor fleet claim files from start to finish.
You will also be tasked with providing insightful analysis of claims when needed and preparing necessary correspondence to advance or resolve claims.
Regular review and update of claims information will be part of your daily responsibilities. Your advanced Excel and Word skills will be put to good use in managing data effectively.- Endtoend management of motor fleet claim files, including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution
- Liaising with clients, claimants, and service providers
- Providing analysis of claims as required
- Preparing necessary correspondence to advance/resolve claims
- Regularly reviewing and updating claims information as required
- Utilising advanced Excel and Word skills to manage and organise data effectively
What you bring:
The ideal Motor Claims Consultant brings a wealth of experience in motor claims management. You have strong customer service experience which you use to build relationships with clients, claimants, and service providers. Your excellent communication skills allow you to liaise effectively with all stakeholders involved in the claims process. You are proficient in using advanced Excel and Word tools to manage data efficiently.
Your highly developed interpersonal skills enable you to work well within a team setting while your ability to be self-motivated ensures you produce a high standard of work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in motor claims management is highly desirable
- Strong customer service experience is essential
- Proven stakeholder management skills are required
- Advanced Excel and Word skills are necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are crucial
- Highly developed interpersonal skills are important
- Demonstrated team ethic, orientation, and awareness are vital
- Ability to be selfmotivated and produce high standard work demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
