This entrepreneurial business is a rapidly growing market leader in their space. Due to the growth and expansion of the business, the Founder has created a new role for a Sales and Operations manager to take the helm and lead their business.

Above all, FIT is what we're looking for with this position. The founder is looking for someone who loves to nurture and develop their team. You'll be a natural leader with a flare for sales and driving growth, but still have the fundamental organisational and process skills required to keep a business at its best

Duties:

  • Managing the key deliverables of the Sales and Operations Business Units
  • Key Account Management for the business' largest clients - Driving continued growth
  • Assisting with project reports and reviews
  • Management and development of staff - Being a coach and advocate for your team
  • Responsibility for Customer Service and ensuring excellence in representing the brand

Your incredible capabilities will include:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor the team, providing clear direction and fostering professional development.
  • Operational Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities, develop and negotiate contracts with stakeholders, and utilise market insights to forecast sales trends.
  • Customer Focus: Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, gaining deep insights into existing customers' needs to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Strategic Direction: Work closely with the Founder to develop and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term plans
