Job Description:


Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, and part of an experienced team, you'll be delivering top-tier IT support services, crucial for our internal and external stakeholders.

Your role extends to managing and implementing various systems, including network infrastructure, Microsoft 365, phone systems, and more.

Qualifications:


This role is tailored for an 'early to mid-career' IT professional with around 2 years of experience in IT environments.

Your background should encompass working within an IT Service Desk environment, supporting remote users, and possessing strong expertise in Office 365.

Experience in Azure AD/AD, SharePoint, networks, and VoIP systems (3CX) is desirable. A home setup conducive to remote work is essential.


If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and support, thrive in a hands-on environment, and possess a flexible attitude towards work, you're the perfect fit.

Your familiarity with ITIL, N-Central device management, SCCM & Intune, Newbook or other Property Management Systems, CCTV, and supporting wireless networks would be highly advantageous.
