Your responsibilities include:

Administer end to end recruitment screening and correspondence, posting job advertisements, generate letter offers, review position descriptions, interview coordination, reference checking
Support Leaders to manage activities associated with the engagement of unpaid and paid employees
Assist managers during the recruitment and on-boarding process, through assistance with submitting new recruitment requests and other activities in the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

Do you possess:

Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in the realms of recruitment or HR?
Amazing organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail?
Strong communication skills paired with a proactive attitude?
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms?
