About the Role As one of our School Partnerships Gurus, you'll be the vibrant heartbeat of Read Cloud VET's connection with schools, teachers and VET in Schools staff.

You'll ensure top-notch service delivery while meeting all necessary compliance and procedural requirements.

Maintain the number of qualifications delivered to schools.3. Encourage schools to offer more qualifications and boost student participation.4. Engage and support new schools and teachers.5. Ensure our services have an impact on students, teachers, and schools.
Role and Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with schools and teachers.
Ensure the delivery of qualifications meets our high standards.
Address any hiccups in service delivery, quality and compliance promptly.
Work with schools to explore new qualification opportunities.
Support the launch of new qualifications and training product initiatives to increase student involvement.
Train and support new and existing schools and teachers.
Plan and organize professional learning activities for teachers and school staff.
Share student, teacher, and school success stories on social media.
Collaborate with internal teams to keep things running smoothly.
Gather feedback to continuously improve our service.
Visit schools for compliance, training and planning meetings and to attend assemblies and events.
Regard for regulatory/compliance frameworks, including state-based curricular bodies and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.
Performance Indicators Deliver outstanding customer service to schools.
Retain and grow school programs.
Identify and implement professional learning opportunities.
Promote success stories and spread the good news.

Salary Range AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 (dependant on education and experience)About You You're a communication wizard with a flair for managing multiple relationships and delivering high-quality educational services.· Proven experience in a similar role, especially in educational administration or professional services.· Confident, courteous, and committed to top-tier customer care.· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.· Proficient in using various software platforms for email and database management.· Knowledge of systems like VETrak and Moodle is a big plus.· A knack for spotting opportunities and offering tailored solutions.· Passionate about promoting the great work happening in schools.· Team player with top-notch organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
