Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Press Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Press Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating press machines efficiently and safely to meet production targets. This role is hands-on and requires the use of various hand tools, including drills and hammers, to ensure proper machine operation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate press machines according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubricating parts.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and make minor repairs as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to optimize production efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a press machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools such as drills and hammers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed, depending on the demands of the business.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:20 pm (with overtime potential from time to time). There is also a monthly RDO included.
