Overview
Our large, commercial client is seeking to engage a Client Insights Lead to join their organisation on a permanent basis. As the Client Insights Lead, you'll leverage your expertise in data analysis and visualization to uncover client needs, develop strategic recommendations, and create compelling data stories.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand client needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Develop and deliver impactful data visualizations that bring complex data to life.
- Manage data queries, ensure data accuracy, and oversee project workflows.
- Represent the team to clients, formulating solutions and building strong relationships.
- Provide expert advice for client presentations, pitches, and retention meetings.
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience using data visualization tools like Power BI to generate insights and drive results.
- A deep understanding of data and database technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data preparation and analytics tools such as Alteryx, or Qlik Sense is advantageous.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a similar field.
