We're seeking a highly skilled Data Science Insights and Reporting Lead to join our Insurance Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the capture, prioritization, planning, and delivery of ad hoc data extracts, dashboards, insights, and machine learning models to meet internal and external requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the analysis of ART Life insurance data to provide stakeholders with data insights, including explanatory commentary, data visualization, and recommendations.
- Define and embed procedures within the team to align with organizational data governance and risk management standards.
- Develop and maintain data science and reporting projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Extensive technical leadership experience in a complex environment for a medium-sized organization in a data-related discipline.
- Demonstrated skills in data science, reporting, and analytics technologies, including SQL, Power BI/Tableau, R, and/or Python.
- Proven experience in managing the technical delivery of data science and reporting projects.
- Good understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
