The Opportunity

Due to growth, we have opportunities to work in our Long Term Income Protection team. We offer comprehensive training and a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career in Life Insurance Claims.

To do this successfully you will:
Proactively manage a portfolio of income protection claims

  • Provide support to the team through the management of a high volume of income protection claims, processing payments and providing regular status updates to members
  • Ensure that members are paid the appropriate rate and within set timeframes
  • Engage with appropriate parties such as Senior Assessors or rehabilitation to ensure sustainable return to work outcomes are facilitated and expected recovery times are understood


 Insurance experience
  • Life, General Insurance and/or Workers Comp
  • Ability to prioritise set tasks
  • Maintaining quality stakeholder management/relationships
  • Customer First Approach
