About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Analyst to join our Data Enablement team at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. As a key member of our squad, you will play a leading role in helping to enhance our customers' experiences by analyzing, designing, and optimizing their end-to-end journeys across various touchpoints.

As a Business Transformation Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, efficient, and delightful customer interactions that align with data enablement's strategic objectives. You will work closely with technical product owners and engineers to translate business requirements into workable technology outcomes for the squad.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Requirements elicitation and process analysis
  • Managing squad backlogs and working with delivery leads
  • Collaborating with technical product owners and engineers to translate business requirements into workable technology outcomes
  • Ensuring work delivered by the squad aligns with the squad's roadmap
  • Working with internal technology, security, and risk partners to ensure our solutions are secure and well-managed
  • Facilitating UAT, verifying and validating what's in production
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • Business acumen and a commercial mindset to ensure solutions deliver business value
  • Experience working hands-on within cross-functional, continuous delivery software engineering teams
  • Strong interest and grasp of technical concepts and practices
  • Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor communication to audience
  • Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders
  • An enthusiastic can-do attitude, and willingness to help the squad deliver
  • User story mapping experience
  • End-to-end delivery experience of complex system initiatives
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience in tech Digital/Cloud based projects
  • Experience with reporting and/or dashboarding
  • Experience with marketing automation, personalisation or segmentation
  • Understanding of ANZ systems like CAP, CTM, CISBTR
  • Understanding of ANZ products in the Transactions domain
