We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Data Analyst to join our team at Talent International. This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension, offering a unique opportunity to work on several major transformation projects.
About the Role
As a Digital Data Analyst, you will be responsible for creating data and analytics reporting for digital products, supporting monthly branch reporting. You will also document key insights around user and customer experience gaps, current processes, and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data visualizations to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with business analysts and technical specialists to identify and prioritize problems or usability issues reported by product users
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of the business area's context, goals, and key performance indicators
- Undertake day-to-day analytical work on a range of tasks, including regular and one-off analyses and ad-hoc requests
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members from various disciplines
- Australian citizenship
