CrewSELECT are looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a permanent full time role with an immediate start in Carlisle.

About the role:

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to guide decisionmaking and financial planning.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.
  • Reconciliation: Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist in tax preparation, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during financial audits, providing required documentation and explanations.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisionmaking.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and analyze company expenses, identifying costsaving opportunities.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure the company's financial activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a business carrying out all aspects of Financial Accounting / bookkeeping / Senior admin duties


MYOB
  • Strong Experience Essential


Arrowflow Experience (Desirable
  • This integrates into MYOB)
  • Must be competent in all aspect of weekly payroll for l 40 staff members as well as timesheets for contractors / labour hire
  • Approachable and proactive and able to guide the director in a growing business

Tickets and licenses:

  • Bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field ? OR minimum 5 years? experience
  • Proven experience as an accountant / bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Experience managing and reporting on P&L
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MYOB, Arrowflow, MS Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
